David has 20 years industry experience and has gained a deep understanding of property sales & marketing, construction and design over his career. His working style is to apply his knowledge from a customer led prospective, listening and understand each individuals style preferences and project goals using their mould to guide to the project from inception to completion.

  • David has experience in the property industry dating back to 2006. He has worked for some of the industry’s most recognized agencies including Foxtons & Savills across a variety of sectors before establishing for own agency, Garrison Estates, in 2018.

    in 2021 he established Archimedia, a property focused & customer centric media company specialising in high quality photography, videography and computer generated staging.

He is honest, dedicated to his profession and will not shy away from telling his clients his opinion even if it differs from their own. He is a hard working individual that takes pride in everything he does.

  • When not working on residential projects you’ll find David enjoying time on the golf course, spending time with his wife & Cocker Spaniel and enjoying catching up with close friends and family. He has been a Londoner for 20 years since moving to the capital in his early 20’s.
